Q1. How and when did you start your Entrepreneur Journey? What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2006 I had gained weight this journey started from there!
I started applying healthy habits one after the other replacing the older ones. Having meals on time, having nutritious food, having the right quantity, going for walks in the morning, going to the gym in the evening after my practice and started cross fit training.
What inspired me to start my own Diet practice is:
1. To be and make others self-reliant
2. To impact people's health in a positive way
3. To serve humanity for the greater good
4. Professional Excellence
5. To create more value for my patients by giving them lifestyle advice and diet plans along with the medication they require to momentarily get well with their problems and as they get well to sustain their health they may continue with a healthy lifestyle and diet.
Q2. Kindly describe more about your business, your role, products/services that you offer for pre-weds.
Sankeel Multispeciality Clinic has a clear vision of Healthy Bharat. Its mission is to tilt the mindset of people towards a healthy lifestyle by educating them about nutritious food and healthy habits to consume it. The services we offer for pre-weds are:
- Goal Oriented Bride and Bride Groom Pre-Wedding Fitness Programs: Exercises, Diet and Nutrition Plans, Mentoring and Hand Holding until the goal has been achieved.
- Personality Development, Grooming for marriage.
Q3. Please share about unique features/specialty/USP of your Product/Service.
A Doctor being a dietician has a very different, deep and detailed understanding of the patient as well as the diet plan to be given. Wholesome, easy to follow, customised and individualised helping them achieve their goal in a safe and healthy way.
Q4. How would you explain the importance of your role in Pre-Wedding preparation?
The importance of my role in Pre-Wedding preparation is as follows:
A. Both the Bride and the groom while getting married come with a set of expectations and requirements
B. I will make them achieve a practical, achievable goal in the given time span.
C. This will be done by using proven diet strategies and nutrition plans which will help them achieve their goal, and have energy to also participate in wedding activities and thereafter.

Q5. What are the most common challenges you face with the pre-wedding packages you offer?
A. Having to deal with unrealistic expectations
B. Non Compliance from the side of the Bride and the Bride groom
C. Unproductive discussions and unrelated questions
D. Patients being Google Doctor
Q6. How do you deal with these challenges?
1. Explaining, counselling and motivating.
2. Showing results of the earlier patients.
3. Asking for cooperation from the families concerned.
4. Hand Holding and Mentoring.
Q7. Could you share one of your most unique creations/experience for/of a pre-wedding?
A young female patient took a diet plan program for 4-6 months. She lost 18 kgs and was extremely happy. Her skin was glowing with no hair-fall. She indeed looked very beautiful compared to the time she came to us. Her choices were not
much altered and the diet plan was customised as per her choice, but the diet was controlled and food was prescribed extremely effectively.

To create brand awareness of The mission and vision of Sankeel Multispeciality Clinic. We want to impact 1 Million lives by providing effective solutions for dietary and lifestyle
problems and tilt the mindset of people towards healthy living. TILT means: Teach Inspire Learn Transform.
Q10. What would you advise new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in the business?
1. Be consistent
2. Never give up on your dreams
3. Break larger goals into small achievable ones
4. Become independent financially before having increased family responsibilities
5. Also help others in achieving their dreams
