Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?

I am a B.Sc. Graduate with Majors in Chemistry & Drugs & Dyes. My main interest was to become a Chef but because of some  personal reasons wasn’t able to pursue a career in the same. Then I looked at another passion of mine which was travelling and exploring new cities. And that is how I started my journey in the Travel Industry.
It was in 2008 when I did my IATA Management Course and passed with Distinction and since then I had this idea of starting my own company and today here I am with my Own Company after working at different capacity (Tele-Sales / Operations / Hotel Contracting / Tour Manager / B2B Market / Corporate Travel Segment) and with couple of years of International exposure.
Q2. Kindly share some information about your Business, products and services here. Also mention your USP if any.

We are designers in bespoke travel and specialize in couples-only getaways, be it any occasion you are celebrating. Honeymoon, anniversaries, babymoon, birthdays or just good old romance.

Q3. Please share about unique features/USP of your Product/Service.

We thrive to offer Off-Beat Experiences to all the Honeymooners depending on the destination they decide. It can be like, breakfast on top of a mountain in New Zealand, stay in a tree hotel in Sweden, dining under the stars in Oman, chasing the Northern Lights from your bed, breakfast with Giraffes, hiking a Glacier and many more.

Q4. What type of Products/Service do you cater for Weddings?

We provide Honeymoon Packages for all the Newly Wedded Couples all across the globe.

Q5. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

Being an entrepreneur itself is a challenge. Every step you take ahead and you will face a new challenge. The only challenge that I faced while doing business was with the OTA’s (Online Travel Agents), be it a package or flights or hotel bookings.
Q6. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?

Impossible also says “I M Possible”. Similarly, to the OTA challenges, I discovered ways on how to overcome them by working hand in hand with hotels and local partners. This made me operationally very strong and also increased my negotiation skills.
Q7. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?

After discovering different ways to overcome the challenges, I changed my way of approach. Started educating the clients about pros & cons on working with travel agents and OTA’s which made it very simple for them to decide. We get a thorough understanding from the clients about their past travel experience and what kind of experience they are looking for on their next trip and this helped us tailor the complete package. It’s like you making your own pizza with your choice of crust, sauces and toppings. This experiment made us really known amongst our clients base for providing specially designed packages with out of the box ideas.

Q8. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?

I am all geared up for the Future Travel and just waiting for the International Borders & Flights to re-open as the business is there. 

The business in the coming years is very crucial for me as I am planning to expand my wings to Ireland where I would like to open another office and would like to cater to European Nationals looking to explore the Unexplored India.
Q9. How would you advise/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?

My suggestion to all the New Entrepreneurs who want to start business is to WAIT till things look coming back to normal. Though this will be the new normal for now and we all will have to live with it but once people start to travel they won’t stop.
