Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?

Pharelli was founded more than 15 years ago. 3 years later, I joined and we started off with the creation of the wedding of my best friend. Little by little, I professionalised my work by studying different structures and methodologies for the organization of weddings and events. Today I have a lot of experience and have also certified myself in a well known Institute of Event Planning. We are associated with an Association of Bridal Consultant as well as Destination Wedding Professionals. 

Q2. Kindly share some information about your Business, products and services here. Also mention your USP if any.

At Pharelli, we create unique and original experiences.we design and plan social and corporate events. From the first approach with the client, we personalize the idea of ​​their events to create something unique in their wedding.We use a structured methodology that allows us to keep track of each activity. Also something that differentiates us is that we optimize our client's budget. We have a service guarantee certificate and insurance that covers the realization of their event.The commercial alliances that we have with different suppliers make it easier for us to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.we also have decoration, catering and furniture rental services for an event.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

When I started my career as a wedding planner the profession was more common for women. That was a great challenge because as a man I had to demonstrate that we could do the job as wedding planner; that men can also have an affinity with brides. 

Another challenge was to carry out a wedding of 1000 people where a great production is to be carried out. Transformation of the space and decoration with fabrics and flowers, Planning of a year and a half as well as managing a large number of staff for the coordination of activities was required.

Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?

We have always been very analytical to see the best opportunities in times of challenge that led us to be disruptive, to be present to change. That today with this that is happening worldwide gives us the opportunity to know that we have to be prepared to go in based on change, being innovative, empathetic with our clients, adapting to our processes and protocols. This has given an opportunity for us to grow.

Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?

We have experienced many processes and changes regarding the way of working and the way of reaching our clients. In the period of experiment we have given ourselves the opportunity to make mistakes and identify them which have been the points of opportunity later it became strength and power and we continued innovating.

Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for the next five years?

To be one of the Best National and International Event agencies. Creating unique and unforgettable experiences through events. Continuing to learn from our points of opportunity and reinforcing our strengths

Q7. How would you advise/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?

Always be faithful to yourself. Believe in yourself. Look for what you are passionate about, because when you do what you are passionate about, all those entrepreneurship tools flow so that you can have a successful business. Carry out a correct business plan where you have established the direction of your company. Establish a financial plan that allows you to measure your growth.
