Q1. How and when did you start your Entrepreneur Journey to serve the Wedding industry? What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my venture 12 years back! Even as a kid, I was always interested in creative things! Earlier I wanted to be an Apparel Designer but was destined to be a Gift Curator. At the age of 18, I had joined a basic course of Handmade Flower Making, etc. and post that nothing could interest me more than a Gift Curation! Little by little, I thought of transforming my passion into my profession and I'm blessed with a family who is always ready to support my dreams!

Q2. Kindly describe more about your business, your role, products/services.

I deal with all kinds of gift curation for events like Roka, Engagement and Wedding Gift Decor, Baby Shower and Baby Announcement Gift Decor, Corporate Gift Hampers, Customized Birthday hampers, etc.

Q3. Please share about unique features/specialty/USP of your Product/Service.

I belong to a Gujarati family and I'm sure people are aware about how people prefer decorating their gifts in Gujarati and Marwadi Weddings! But my clients (now friends) used to ask me if I needed the trays back, that is what became my USP!

I started "RENTING" the decorated trays! Also, I customize the decor as per the client's requirement!

Q4. How would you explain the importance of your role into a Wedding?

Packaging plays a very important role in weddings. It is an expression of love! It makes the new member of the house feel special!

Q5. What are the most common challenges you face at the wedding you are handling?

Understanding the customer requirement isn't as difficult as providing them with it in the budget they provide me with.

Q6. How do you deal with these challenges?

I try understanding their opinion and explain to them my view about the quality of products I provide, also when they see my work that I've done previously!

Q7. Could you share one of your most unique creations/experience for/of a wedding?

This experience that I'm about to share is really close to my heart! 3 years back, I received a call from a reference and I had a conversation with that lady like I usually do with my customer, I expected it to be a usual small order with 5 - 7 trays, etc. But to my shock it was a huge order of 95+ products that included trays, fruits and sweet baskets, saree covers and jewellery trays! It was a dream come true!

Q8. What type of collaborations would you like to explore in future?

I'm looking forward to collaborating with Wedding and Event Planners, MNC's, Photographers, etc.

Q9. What is your vision for the next five years?

In the next 5 years, I want my work to be recognized in 24 + countries. I aim to achieve a minimum of 20 - 25% of growth in my revenue by 2027.

Q10. What would you advise new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in the business?

I would like to tell new entrepreneurs to be passionate, updated and hard working towards your work which will help you sustain in the business.
