Q1. How and when did you start your Entrepreneur Journey to serve into Wedding industry? What did inspire you to start your own business?

I always wanted to be an entrepreneur. Even when my daughter was small I used to take tutions at home . The inspiration came when I used to see my mother giving the weekly wages to our farm workers. I became an entrepreneur in the true sense when I created my brand Le Miroir Salon in 2019.

Q2. Kindly describe more about your business, your role, products/services. 

I own a Spa and a Salon called Le Miroir Salon and Spa. We offer Full body therapies for relaxation and rejuvenation. We use oils blended with essential oils to relax the body. We have a Pain relief program, Anti-anxiety program, Sleep inducing massage and body polishes and body wraps. In the Salon, we use the latest techniques to cut and style your hair. We have colour treatments, and chemical treatments. We also have Skin care treatments , Pedicure and Manicure. Our mission is to relax you and make you feel beautiful.

Q3. Please share about unique feature/specialty/USP of your Product/Service. 

A full fledged Spa and Salon in the same premise is our unique selling point.

Q4. How would you explain the importance of your role into a Wedding? 

We are responsible for the bride for pre-wedding treatments, to prepare her body and skin for the final day. For Make up, at the time of the ceremony and after the wedding for the families relaxation and rejuvenation with scientifically designed massages.

Q5. What are the most common challenges you face at the wedding you are handling?

Demands made by the customer for extra services which they want for free.

Q6. How do you deal with these challenges?

By politely saying no sometimes or just doing them.

Q7. What type of collaborations would you like to explore in future? 

I would like to collaborate with corporates to arrange for foot reflexology spas in their premises.

Q8. What is your vision for next five years? 

I would like to give at least 70% franchisees in the next 5 years.

Q9. What would you advise new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in the business?

If you have an idea, work on it . Don't give up. Have a clear vision as to what you want to achieve. Find Out what problem you are solving.
