Q1. How did your entrepreneur journey start? Or who/what inspired you to start this business/entrepreneurship?

I am a Certified Clinical & Sports Nutritionist approved by a reputed College of Sports Medicine. I am into this field from over 3 years of experience. My husband motivated me to start learning what I liked, and I started my studies in nutrition and today I am helping people to change their lifestyle and mindset about ‘DIET’. I myself faced a similar challenge while losing my post pregnancy weight, where I wasn’t aware about a lifestyle. The journey of weighing 90 kgs to 60 kgs had a lot of ups and downs. But after following healthy and balanced nutritious meals in 2019, I lost in inches and got the body which I wished for.

Q2. Kindly share some information about your business, products, and services here. Please share about the unique feature/USP of your product/ service.

I am a Clinical & Sports Nutritionist, and I have clients from Udaipur, Surat, Mumbai, etc. I am into online consultations and my programs include plans for people suffering from Thyroid, Cholesterol, Diabetes, PCOD, any health issues. Our unique program for pregnant women helps to keep mother and baby health inside the womb and even after coming to the beautiful world.

Q3. Please share about the unique feature/USP of your Product/Service.

My USP is not only to give the diet plans but also to give recipes to my client alongside working on their lifestyle and likes and dislikes of food.

Q4. What type of Products/Service do you cater for Weddings/Events/Occasions?

I have customised diet plans for bride-to-be and groom-to-be, and for other family members to lose weight or gain weight or to treat their skin through healthy food. The program includes a plan where they don’t have to starve and they will feel energetic to carry on their shopping and wedding planning.

Q5. What are the most common challenges you face while starting/doing business?

There were many challenges I had faced by entering in the world of opportunities. From a homemaker and taking care of my kids and family, suddenly starting a career, itself was a big challenge for me. I was clueless about how to market yourself and scale up my business. But luckily, I got so many people around me who kept me motivated.

Q6. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?

While wanting to scale up my business, I find many difficulties in getting clients as I was thinking about. And it was a challenge for me to convert my referrals into business.

Q7. Share with our readers about your experiment period after discovery period?

I started working on my social media - by creating more content for my followers, I started meeting more people and telling them what I do as a Nutritionist and what kind of food you should eat in your weight loss journey or to stay healthy. I started reading books for my content. I started going to centres to give a little pep talk about healthy lifestyle and why one should choose.

Q8. What type of collaboration would you like to explore in future?

I would like to collaborate with gym owners, fitness trainers, yoga trainers, doctors like gynaecologist/physiotherapist/ MBBS. I want to explore the corporate world in the future for the health and wellbeing of people working in corporate sectors.

Q9. What is your vision for the next five years?

I would like to extend my services to teenagers studying in school, colleges, corporates, sports persons who are vegetarian and vegan. Five years down the road, I see myself working on a very large scale, where I am working on their physical and mental health.

Q10. How would you advise/ suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start and sustain in business?

As an entrepreneur, taking risks in your business is a must. Don’t get scared of being a failure, you will fall, and you will shine brighter. Entrepreneurs must make their decision in the wellbeing of the community.
